Furever Friends Animal Rescue

Saving abandoned animals in need of medical care four paws at a time...

Furever Friends Animal Rescue was established in 2008, as a 501 (3)(c) non-profit.  FFAR is unique in that we are a medical based rescue operating in Leland (Brunswick  County) North Carolina.  There are a few ways in which our rescues "find us".  Usually via animal control, owner relinquish or discovered abandoned; all of which are a sad and stressful time for these animals.

FFAR financially provides all medical,  surgical and rehabilitative care.  We also spay/neuter, microchip, foster, love, kiss and cuddle them and prepare them for their second chance, ultimately finding them their well deserved forever homes!

We hope that you take the time to review this website, check us out on Facebook and help spread the word about what we do and who we help.  Please remember to think of us when you or someone you know is looking for a loving, furry family member.

We are all volunteers here and rely 100% on donations, grants and adoption fees to carry out our mission.  So please, if you can, make a donation and volunteer, foster, become a member and attend our fundraisers.   Please keep us in mind by donating in lieu of traditional gift giving when your are honoring,  celebrating or gifting!  Click on "FFAR Board and Directors" to learn more about us.

Thank you very much for caring!

Sincerely,
