     Elizabeth Luster is the Founder and President of On Shore Foundation.   Amy Mueller, her daughter, is OSF’s Vice President. Everyone involved with OSF is an unpaid volunteer.

GBF was founded in 2005 by Greg and Nicole Biffle to create awareness and serve as advocates to improve the well-being of animals by engaging the power and passion of the motor sports industry.

Financial support for the foundation comes from a variety of sources including individual contributions along with the sale of NASCAR Pets calendars and various racing and other sports memorabilia.

Since its creation, The Greg Biffle Foundation has awarded grants to over 700 humane societies and animal shelters from coast to coast. Representing the best interests of the animals and using the full potential of each participant's involvement is the purpose for the Greg Biffle Foundation. Greg and Nicole have two dogs – Gracie and Savannah. The Biffles have fostered several dogs that have since been placed in loving homes.

BEMC Community Grants

In 2003, BEMC expanded our commitment to improving the quality of life in our service area with the BEMC Community Grants program.

These grants are funded by the proceeds of our auction at the annual meeting each year. The goal is to lend a helping and or provide seed money for community groups that provide services.

Thank You BEMC for granting us monies that were used for rabies vaccines which we administered at no charge at the 2013 Bark in the Park in Leland.
